What do we do?
Thanks to the growing success of VDMXL, we are looking for Strategic Maintenance & Asset Management Consultants. In this role, you will guide asset-intensive companies with services, such as:

  • Benchmarking and strategy development
  • Organization and process optimization
  • Selection, implementation and optimization of EAM systems
  • Interim Management & Reliability Engineering
  • Predictive Maintenance 4.0
  • KPI- based steering
  • Educating and training
  • ISO 55001 certification

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for professionals with experience in, and a vision on, Maintenance & Asset Management. You have a relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s+ Engineering Degree. You have above average analytical abilities and strongly developed communication skills (both in English and Dutch, and preferably French). You are passionate about Maintenance and you are able to convince others of your vision.
