VDM Control Centre
The VDM Control Centre is an internet tool specially designed to calculate the value potential of your maintenance department. The tool is based on the Value Driven Maintenance methodology. To calculate the value potential of your maintenance department, the tool uses a benchmark database in which data of companies from different industries and branches is collected. Your maintenance data and the key performance indicators will be compared with the best-in-class companies that are available in the database.
It is possible to perform the VDM analysis by yourself, however to guarantee the highest benefit of the calculation, each analysis will be followed by a VDM workshop performed by a Mainnovation consultant on site. The consultant will check the integrity of the maintenance data, facilitates the workshop and will bring in best practices.
