Maintenance Management Consultant 

The function 
As a Maintenance Management Consultant you assist companies with the implementation of VDM. This implies independent auditing of Maintenance Organisations and developing their strategies. Herewith you make use of VDM Inside, branch specific benchmarks and proven best practices like Lean, RCM and TPM. After the strategy development you support the company in the realisation of the Most Valuable Maintenance Organisation. This means the (re)engineering and implementation of work processes, organisation and Computerized Maintenance Management systems. In this phase you either lead or are part of a bigger consultancy team. 

Your profile 
You have minimal 5 years experience as a maintenance manager or as an internal or external maintenance consultant. You have your own view on maintenance, have a good sales track record and are able to enthuse others. You have BSc or MSc degree in engineering and gained experience in conducting maintenance improvement projects and/or maintenance automation projects. Finally you are willing to participate in international projects.
